Have wifi connection  but no green light on ARRIS SBG8300

    What green light are you talking about? 

    the online light? 

    The wifi light? 

    If the online light isn’t lit up, did you get it activated by your ISP? Or check with them on the connection?

    Current setup: Netgear CM3000-->Netgear RBE973S-->2.5gig tp-link switch, Xfinity 2.4gig/350mbps
