I have had unusually high spikes in useage on my internet when I know it was not by me or my family. I use Xfinity and they mentioned dates with spikes in useage, including yesterday and this morning when we were not online. They suggested changing Wifi name and password, but not able to figure out how to do it with my Arris model SBV3202? I am able to log in to the ARRIS login page for this model, but no option to update a wifi name or password? Maybe in the wrong area? or model is to old?

SBV3202 is just a cable voice modem without inbuilt WIFI on it so to change the WIFI credential you need to access your router settings page of the router connected to your modem for WIFI.
