I had to recreate an account because the app wasn’t recognizing my email. But now that I did, when logging into the app (or trying to) I get a message pop up saying the account has been updated and to go to the website to a drop down menu. But there is nothing in the drop down menu to help me. Why can’t I get into the app.
min also trying to connect to a Wi-Fi extender and I’m wondering if I need the app to do so since the modem doesn’t have a WPS

Since you are unable to use the email which you use to login app the only option to access SBC app is to resetting modem, but after resetting the modem will go to default setup any custom settings will be removed so use the default network name and password to connect to your network. After resetting modem please install the surfboard central app and login using different email address to setup the modem again and through the app you can access the modem GUI. To help you more on this case could you please provide us the modem model number.
