Trying to install surfboard central on my phone, since I already have an account it keeps saying sign-in required so I need to enter the password,but there is no where to enter it! In a continuous loop with this. Solution???

Since you already have the surfboard central app account is that for different modem and are you trying to use the same account for different modem to setup using SBC app? Few more details will help us to understand your issue better and help you accordingly.
