Appears router factory reset no longer can use the Surfboard Central mobile app cached username\password

Appears router factory reset no longer recognizes the Surfboard Central mobile app cached username\password.

Because of the sign-in on the app, the ‘admin’ username cannot be used and does not provide the admin password.

Therefore I am unable to use the Web UI on the mobile app configure

Update: the mobile app doesn’t work but the PC based admin login does work. Mobile app may need improvement.
