On Surdboard apps, I can’t see the connected devices remotely ( connected to a friends wifi or on cell connection.
it only shows the list at home when connected to my own wifi. I ha à iPhone 12
am I missing a configuration ??
my friend has the same cable/router and it works on his android phone !
We understand that you are not able to connect remotely on Surfboard app . Sorry to inform that the remote management is disabled on the SBG7400AC2.
Hence ,users will be unable to remotely access the web manager or with the SBC app.
