New App Problem

Ok, first of all, this is an app problem. I have an Arris SURFboard SBG7600AC2. (just for reference) Everything works fine except for the app. I get everything setup on the app and i get this...

So what is wrong here? I cant get anywhere with this. All i need is to be able to manage the modem through the app. This is far as i get. Please help.

Your wifi icon is showing no internet connection. 


Yes it's active. I even reactivated for the fun of it.


At this point, i think I'm just gonna wait for an update to roll through. Maybe it will work then.

hi @DeathSchuldiner The latest app version 4.1.14 launched on March 23rd and I don’t think the app version has anything to do with the issue.  Are you getting the error screen after setting the Wi-Fi network?
