I have an S34 modem that is connected to a w30 mesh router that is located in the main floor of my townhouse.  Upstairs, less than 30 linear feet away, I had a second w30 mesh router to try to improve the signal on the second floor.  Sometimes, the app only shows one of the satellites, the one downstairs, with every device in the house connected to it, even though the LED light on the upstairs module is solid blue, it doesn’t show in the app.  Sometimes, it does, but still, all devices connect to the downstairs module.  Today, I tried to manage the network via the app on my phone, can’t do anything: MY DEVICES shows 00 online and there’s an error message at the top of the app screen that says “Access to your network is currently unavailable” and only one satellite is showing.  I went through the steps to add the second, everything went normal, but still the error message.   I tried to sign into the app on my iPad and everything looks the way it should: both satellites appear and for the first time ever, the devices that are in this room with the satellite show connected to it!  But the app on my phone still shows an error.  I’ve tried deleting the hardware and re-adding, deleting and re-installing the app, signing out and back in, resetting the app device(phone), and a number of other combinations including starting from scratch - no improvement.  What makes no sense to me is that on my phone, which is connected to the WiFi network, it says unavailable.  Please tell me how I can fix the app issues and make my mesh system work the way it is supposed to.

We recommend uninstalling the Surfboard Central app from both your iPad and iPhone. Then, reinstall the app only on your iPhone and proceed with the setup process. Stop at the step where you're prompted to enter your email address for verification. Once verified, you should be taken to the home page, indicating that the mesh setup has not been interrupted. At this point, ensure that connected devices are visible as an option on the home screen.

Could you please confirm how many mAX Plus W30 units you currently have?

Also, when the Surfboard Central app shows that 0 devices are online, do you actually experience a loss of internet connectivity?

The answers to your questions are all in the original. I have 2 mesh satellites on different floors.

The connection issue is only on my iPhone. In fact right now it says no internet connection at all, but I’ve been video conferencing on it all day. If I pull it up on an iPad, it shows all devices.
