Removing Old Equipment from Account

I purchased a new modem/router combo but the old one still appears on my account. How do I delete it? It actually says NEW next to the old one.

Do check and confirm the account you are mentioning belongs to either ISP (Internet Service Provider)or SURFboard Central App

For the SURFboard Central App click on the below link for the first time: setup:

http://arris.force.com/consumers/articles/General_FAQs/SURFboard-Central-Wi-Fi-Cable-Modem-Setup

If it is your ISP account contact them and inform them to remove or deactivate the old modem (with HFC MAC  ID) and add the new modem/router combo (with HFC MAC ID) and activate it.
