I have been using the app for more than a year.  It recently stopped working with my devices and my satellite devices have ceased connection.  (I have multiple W31’s using these with a SBG6580 modem).  I have reloaded software and reset the devices and modem multiple times.

The mobile app will not complete setup of the W31 devices.

Are you getting any error codes? Did you notice any changes when you lost the connection?

 

Also, I can see that you reset your devices. Did you remove your devices from the app before resetting them?


This is now resolved.  I was getting various errors.  Went back and reset all, as well as the modem (Arris SBG6580).

Worked after that.
