Arris supports only the retail products that are available on surfboard.com but not the ISP-leased products.
Please contact your ISP(Internet Service Provider) for the same.
The app doesn’t work…the only way you can manage the modem (that is actually connected) is through the ip address 192.168.1.0 and login that way. Hopefully they can fix this app~super frustrating!!!
