Unable to Connect to Surfboard Central App

I have never been able to connect to the Surfboard Mobile App (Android).  Here is the error message:  “We could not make a connection to your Surfboard gateway.  This may happen because of the following reasons:  1.  The mobile device is NOT connected to the Wi-Fi network provided by the gateway.  Please use the mobile device settings application to join the Wi-Fi network provided by your gateway.”  There is also an error code 0000-1900.

 

The problem is that I am connected to the Wi-Fi network provided by the gateway, which is the only Wi-Fi network that I have on my home network.  

 

Please advise.

This error code appears to be related to the login credential creation process for the gateway’s web interface. It typically occurs after the user has set up custom login credentials, indicating a possible issue with how the credentials were saved or authenticated.

Could you please help us with your product’s model number?
