What are some cool new features you'd like to see for the SURFboard Central app?

I would just like to be able to complete the Setup and NOT BE kicked out of the app the moment i connect the app to the Gateway >>» USING THE LOCAL NETWORK I JUST USED TO SET UP THE APP TO GATEWAy <<<<«

The moment that I allow it to join the network, it tells me that My Device (iphone) cannot connect to the Surfboard Network (excuse me, thats MY NETWORK) and that if i’m not conneted to the local network i need to go do that and come back and try again….

And that is in the RARE stiuation that I can even manage to get it connected,

And the advertised capabilities of the App are the MAIN REASON I purchased Arris

Highly disappointed, frustrated and sick of trying after about 2 months.,,,, My network is not secure. Nothing ever shows up as a client on the 5G baND, AND EVERYTHING SHOWQS UP IN THE 2.4 BAND.

i’M DONE!!

I’d like to see  a stronger push towards bringing back a browser based gui. I’m not a huge fan of the app only settings/setup as  well as if there’s issues, its a lot harder to fix them through the app if it can’t connect. 

I’m a fan of the web access, but what I ask was taken in by was an added ability to monitor who is connected, and the ability to just remove them. In the web GUI its more complicated. 

Hyper V seems to be a rather big influence on the problems I’m having. But. Knowing that, NOW who do I turn to for help removing Hyper V ? I didn’t set it up. Arris sure won’t help with that. 

Please add the ability to add route for the router to go to a different subnet.

The replies on this are 8 months old and the app is still junk. It doesn’t recognize my G34 modem. It thinks my modem is non-Arris or something.

how about getting the speed test to work on both WiFi side and internet side.

how about the ability to set a priority for a device to connect to a specific W31 satellite. I have devices connecting to satellites that are further away. My roku ultra streaming device never connects to a satellite that is about 12’ away. Instead it connects to one in another room and then reports the connection status as fair. Then it buffers when watching a show.

I regret even buying all this Arris crap!
