Wrong Input parameter types (IOS)

I am unable to log into the Surfboard Central app on IOS.  I get to the point of the code verification.  I entered in the code that was sent to my email.  The page says “code verified”, but then underneath that it says “Wrong input parameter types”.  I can’t get past this page to log into the app.  I tried downloading the app on 3 different IOS phones and iPads and i get the same issue.  Does anyone know how to get passed this??

Thanks for the "support" Arris.  Anyway, I returned the device and I would suggest anyone with a similar issue do the same.  After lots of research I've found that the w130 and w120 mesh systems are not compatible with the app, which is the only way to control them.  How they could continue selling a product that they know doesn't work properly is beyond me.  This will be the last Arris product I buy.

We apologize for the inconvenience. Since you've tried on all iOS devices, we recommend checking if the iOS version is up-to-date. We update the app periodically to avoid malfunctions, and sometimes the app's version needs to match the phone's software version.

We would have suggested restarting the devices by powering them down and then starting them up again. After that, run the necessary updates and try the setup again. You could also try signing up with a different email.
