Hi. Is it possible to login to above device? I would like to turn off front LEDs. I have found device in router settings (Arris NVG578LX1) but all I seem able to do is change device name. Thanks.

ARRIS supports only the retail products that are available on surfboard.com but not the ISP lease products. Please contact your Internet Service Provider for further assistance.
