Wi-Fi password for the Model# TM502G

I need to find out what the WiFi password and network security key are for the router I am using. It’s 

Model# is TM50G/TW-0718096 and the P/N is TMO2DH1G5.

TM50G/TW-0718096 is not supported by Arris. Arris supports only the retail products that are available on surfboard.com but not the ISP lease products.
