Xfinity did an update to their system. The phone does not work now. Xfinity says it is not their problem. The internet works just fine.

As a device manufacturer we can provide technical support only for the internet connection and we don't have option to help you on the phone connection. So please make sure whether the phone connection is activated, provide MTA MAC address mentioned on the modem label to your internet service provider for phone port activation.
