Arris SVG2428AC slow. Also, 5g network no visible for sign-on. 
 

I don’t know how to restore defaults or if that would help.  
 

suggestions?

Hello Neil,

We understand that you are facing a slow speed  and also your 5Ghz Wifi name is not seen on the list of Wifi Settings.

Kindly do a reset such that the modem will go back to the default credentials .
