As of 2 days I am unable to connect my I-phone to SVG2482ac Wi-Fi. All the lights are on and it is displaying Online. X-finity Tech Support informs me that the modem needs to be replaced. How can I check if what X-finity says is true? Also, the modem seems to be slow and dropping devices.
