My Aries surfboard got put on bridge mode now I have no Wi-Fi I am able to connect with a laptop but it will not take the username and password I cannot log into gateway also try resetting factory settings and using admin and password as password and nothing can someone please help

Enabling bridge mode will disable Wi-Fi, allowing internet access only through a direct connection via an Ethernet cable.

Many times users try to reset, they don’t hold the button long enough while powered on. did you hold for up to 15 seconds while powered on?

I did hold the reset button in for 15 seconds another time I held it in for a minute I've tried it dozens of times and I cannot get in to the modem to take it off of bridge mode the reset button obviously is not resetting everything. I did plug the computer in hardwired but it still will not let me in I tried using admin admin and password password but nothing works. You asked what the model number is

what are the leds on the router doing?
