Greetings! I own an SVG2482AC modem. My company is requesting that I change the primary DNS server. I just want to know if it's possible, and if so, how to do it. I called the technical support desk and was quickly told that I needed to buy that 30 second answer. I've never experienced this before, but it has been a couple of years since I've called the Arris company. So, I'm wondering if I might find the answer here. I can log in to my settings, but not able to find where I can change the DNS servers. Thanks for your thoughts.

Your ISP assigns their DNS server addresses to your SVG2482AC modem.

I grabbed a screenshot from another modem with similar settings page as the SVG2482.   If you see DNS settings on this page, you can change it there.  All your devices on the network will use the DNS address set on the SVG2482.

I suggest setting the DNS address provided your company on your device.
