Able to access LG TV WebOs Wi-Fi connection using default password after hard reset. Unable to access LG apps due to “Server Can’t Be Trusted”

The “server cannot be trusted" error (often Code -202 or -201) means your LG TV can't verify the app's secure connection, usually due to wrong date/time outdated software;

It can be fixed by correcting time settings, restarting the TV, updating software in the TV

Time/date settings were checked when doing the LG directed trouble shooting and were correct. TV software is up-to-date and was reset to factory settings. Problem continues. LG site can be accessed through a mobile hot-spot

In this case, we recommend performing a network reset in the LG TV settings. Also, could you confirm if any of your other devices are experiencing similar issues apart from the LG service?
