My WiFi network disappeared when I was trying to set it up in the surfboard app and now it’s not visible! Do I need to root my router and hod do I do so?

SVG2482AC does not have an option to setup the SBC app. It is not compatible.
You can see the device information by logging in to the webportal (10.0.0.1).
