I am trying to log on to gateway settings page but I have forgot password. I did a hard reset with paperclip in pinhole reset button on back of gateway(held in for 20 seconds). I went to log in page and used admin as username and password as password but a box popped up and said incorrect password.. What Gives?

what device do you have? Is it the SVG2482ac?
Make sure everything is lower case and there isn’t any spaces.
Also, make sure any password managers are disabled as I’ve seen them overwrite answers.
Did you try the last 8 of the serial number as the password?
