having trouble setting up new router

Model number is svg2482ac and I cannot access the admin page. I've tried multiple ways from the app, from my computer with ethernet, through wifi, nothing works. My isp says it's is connected and working. What can I do now?

    Have you tried other browsers? 

    Factory resetting and starting over? 

    what error are you getting? 

    did you try using 192.168.100.1

    Current setup: Netgear CM3000-->Netgear RBE973S-->2.5gig tp-link switch, Xfinity 2.4gig/350mbps
