I need help connecting my surfboard. I’m switching out my Comcast modem and router with the arris surfboard. Comcast was not able to help me

Which one do you have? models are key.

Current setup: Netgear CM3000-->Netgear RBE973S-->2.5gig tp-link switch, Xfinity 2.4gig/350mbps
