hi there surfboard people, my Arris svg2482ac is working, but, the battery backup is not. I’m told not to invest in another battery. The prior battery replacement purchase was a dud, with no returns allowed, thanks Amazon. I’m looking for a replacement router (Arris or non-Arris) that has the same features, telephone jack, battery backup, compatible with Xfinity. Can ya help me? TIA

We offer two ARRIS models with dedicated telephonic options: the SVG2482AC and the T25. The SVG2482AC is a combination of a cable modem and router, featuring built-in Wi-Fi and battery backup. In contrast, the T25 is solely a cable modem without built-in Wi-Fi or battery backup.
