I am trying to login to my Surboard SVG2482AC but can’t. I can see my router and all of the connected devices when I go to http://10.0.0.1/ but I can’t login. I am using “admin” as the username and for the password I have tried “password,” the password printed on the surfboard, and the password I use for connecting devices to the router. None of them work. It is very possible that I changed the default password at setup but I do not have a record of it. How can I find/retrieve my login credentials?

SVG2482AC doesn’t have option to find/retrieve login credentials of the modem so the only option is here is to reset modem. But after resetting the modem will go to default setup any custom settings will be removed so use the default network name and password to connect to your network. Then setup your WIFI credentials on the modem GUI to get the internet working.
