Could you please confirm your product’s model number? 

Sorry, it’s SVG2482AC.  I’m having a very hard time resetting it to factory settings. No matter how long I use a paperclip and hold the reset button, the unit will not default to factory settings.

We recommend performing a factory reset while the coaxial cable is disconnected.

Everything was disconnected and still having issues with the factory reset. I really do appreciate the link for the manual. Already downloaded it. Thanks again.
