I reset modem once again. Put the PW I want to use. Now AGAIN just like with all my modems I cannot get past the PW to get into modem. The guy on phone at Arris said I could. But User ID was the same Admin. Its something I must be missing can anyone help! I did reset to factory settings two times still no joy! All devices work with password but cannot get into modem past the password and locks me out for 5 minutes!

🤓No one replied. I have been researching when I had time. I understand you put “password” in and it allows you to change PW. So that's what I was looking for! Thanks anyway.
