How do I create a Network for my WiFi? Can’t switch to my SVG2482AC Modem with Comcast/ Xfinity because there isn’t a Network to connect to and they won’t help. When I reactivate and connect the rental from Xfinity my old Network pops back up and I can use it. Was “chatting” for hours and all they did was sell me a new phone!

Please let us know if using this link enabled the Wi-Fi network.
Also, there is a default Wi-Fi network name on the modem itself which is available towards the side or bottom of the modem.
Check on your Wi-Fi devices if the default Wi-Fi names are available.
