Hi,

I hope everyone is having a great day!! I have a Arris Surfboard model SVG2482AC. I cannot connect to the internet. I want to get it back to factory settings. What do I need to do? Please let me know when you can.

To factory reset, push and hold reset for 7-15 seconds while its powered on. 

You might check with the ISP to see if there’s a connection issues if its not getting internet.
