I have a SVG2482AC Modem. Is it compatible with Optimum? Because as of now they can’t get it working.

SVG2482AC is not compatible with Optimum service. SVG2482AC is compatible only with Xfinity. Please do re confirm with you service provider before purchasing a modem to avoid confusions.
