reconfigure modem.. unable to log jn svg2482ac

I am trying to log into the admin page 10.0.0.1 and nothing is working.  Our modem is not talking to the router. I think my husband reset or it got disconnected but trying  to see what the problem is. 

Side note...having to pay for help is ridiculous when you purchase this product... I'm very frustrated

                            Since you have done resetting modem already we would suggest you to perform proper reset on the modem by following the below article and then setup the modem again to get internet.
