I have a svg2482ac bought it from ebay (seller was rude afterwards) and after getting Comcast to hook it up and get it activated is when the fun started. Downloaded the android app for it and all but then I went to connect my cell to it and it didn't even show the same name as the modem. It showed something like moto**-5g (don't remember all of it) so I try to put in the 5g password and it said wrong password so fir the next 2 1/2 hours I try everything I can think of reset modem, try and chat with ARRIS try and find the code to scan and it don't even have a thing to scan. The seller won't take it back and ebay is worthless so I'm out money for someone else's problem. Don't buy from Hannu-cod unless you like to get the shaft.
