Bought a new Surfboard dual band (2.4 & 5g) router and setup all my devices, (ie. phone, printer etc) seamlessly except for my wireless Picstar picture frame. Contacted Arris and they helped me name each band with a distinctive name but still no help. The second name for 5g is not showing up.

It turned out to be a password issue. There are two passwords - one on the hardware and one inside the software. Pixstar is wanted the internal software one.
