Yes you can. What I’d do is put the SVG in modem only mode and just use the deco for routing/mesh.
or you can leave the SVG in modem/router mode and the Deco in access point mode.
Either would prevent a double nat but I’d go with option 1 as a decent deco will have a better routing capability.
