Are there updates for this modem and how do u get them

    The SVG2482 is a modem/router combo device. For that reason, the firmware is pushed by the ISP and is built in as part of the provisioning. It isn’t user updateable and the ISP will have the latest firmware they support on it. Nothing for the end user to do. 

    Current setup: Netgear CM3000-->Netgear RBE973S-->2.5gig tp-link switch, Xfinity 2.4gig/350mbps
