Installed new SVG2482AC modem the Power, US/DS, Online lights are solid steady white BUT 2.4 GHz & 5 GHz & Tel lights blink/flicker continuously.  Is it normal for 2.4 GHz, 5 GHz & Tel to blink continuously?

yes. its tied into the wifi chip and is supposed to signify data usage/connection. Kind of pointless as in todays age, data is being used constantly.

    Current setup: Netgear CM3000-->Netgear RBE973S-->2.5gig tp-link switch, Xfinity 2.4gig/350mbps
