SVG2482AC not showing connected devices on GUI web portal

Question

eMTA & DOCSIS Software Version: 10.0.X.SIP.PC20.CTSoftware Image Name: SVG2482AC_2.2p14s4_PROD_seyAdvanced Services: SVG2482ACPacket Cable: 2.0 using modem/router on Optimum cable internet.  recently i’m unable to see any connected devices or ip addresses of the devices.

SVG2482AC is not compatible with Optimum service provider. This model is compatible with Xfinity service provider so that might be a reason for this misconfiguration.
