the SVG2483AC unit is not working. lights flashing but no internet. I have an extended warranty I checked my warranty status and wouldn’t you know it. it doesn't recognize my serial number. only had the unit a 3 months. so basically not a happy shopper here. need some company help on a replacement unit.

Also could you let us know whether the Wi-Fi network name is broadcasting in all the devices.

I emailed a response, sorry for the delay. the unit does not function I just want a replacement unit. I purchased the extended warranty so there should be no problem in getting a replacement. I hope
