This modem is expensive and has very few configurations it can be set to. I know it can be set to “bridged only” That is not my question. My question is, How can it be set to “router only mode”? Is there firmware available that can assist me in setting up to router mode?

SVG2482AC is combination of modem and router with voice facility. This modem have option only to enable bridge modem which will disable the WIFI and you can use SVG2482AC as cable modem and there is no option or setting to make SVG2482AC as just the router.
