Trying to connect phone ( not mobile) to modem. Have spent hours online with xfinity and still nothing. If I reconnect their unit it works.

any suggestions?

what error is your phone giving you? 

Are any other devices having issues? 

Are you using any special characters/spaces in the ssid/password? If so, remove them

Have you went into the phone and “forgotten” the network?

Is the SVG2482AC already activated and already set up ? if not please make sure to get it set up and then, try to activate the landlines with the MTA MAC.

Landlines service has to be activated after SVG2482AC is already set up.
