Unable to locate the correct cmac number on SVG2482AC

My cmac number has a letter o in it. My cellphone is not letting me type or input the letter o. It only lets me use the number 0 which is incorrect. 

What can I do?

In that case you can try contacting your Internet service provider (xfinity) to activate Internet on the modem.

The MAC address is usually number 0, not letter o.  

 

Current Setup: Sonic Fiber > G54
