The manager app is connecting to the WiFi gateway but won’t let me log in to my account to be able to change passwords and everything? It keeps saying network connection lost even though I’m still connected

SVG2482AC will not support any application for Arris, that is surfboard central app or the surfboard manger app is not compatible for SVG2482AC modem. You can access modem configurations using the web manger only so please do uninstall the app and login the GUI. To change the Wi-Fi credentials please do follow the steps mentioned on the below article.
