I recently purchased a used Arris T25, I later learned that there is no label, I know I can get the device information like serial number and Mac number if I can log onto the device, it appears to be connecting fine when I attach it to Xfinity coaxial cable, but Xfinity blocks use of the device until activation which requires Mac number.
Is there any other way to get the information on this device?
In this case you can find the details only on the label of your device and there is no option to find the device information's on the modem GUI. For more details you can reach out to Arris.com/consumersupport for further assistance if the modem is under warranty.
