I have a T25 modem that my A/V contractor installed (so I wouldn’t have to pay Xfinity a monthly rental). I’ve tried YouTube and the internet. shown online does not work

T25 is just a cable voice modem without inbuilt WIFI on it. so this modem doesn't have WIFI facility and to access WIFI you need to connect separate router to the modem LAN port and you can see the WIFI name and password on the router label itself.
