I need to change my WiFi password.
The T25 was provided by my A/V contractor (so I wouldn’t have to rent from Xfinity). The Arris consumer care instructions says to access cable modem interface and that does not work (you get an error code, I’ve tried from a PC and an iPad).
The Xfinity instructions do not work either. They say their instructions only work with Xfinity provided modems

T25 is just a cable voice modem, it doesn't have inbuilt WIFI facility or feature on it. So to access WIFI you need to connect separate router to the modem LAN port and you can access WIFI and you can see the WIFI name and password on the modem label.
