LAN IP address

I am unable to access the admin page using the LAN IP address 192.168.100.1 as it says site cannot be reached. Also when powering up xbox it tells me to connect to the internet. I am hard wired to the router and it says NAT type is unavailable.

do you have it activated by your isp? 

do other devices have issues? 

Did you try 192.168.1.1 or 192.168.0.1

Current setup: Netgear CM3000-->Netgear RBE973S-->2.5gig tp-link switch, Xfinity 2.4gig/350mbps
