T25 will not show up so I have no service. Xfinity says it's working but I can't find it to connect anything to it

T25 is just a cable modem, it doesn't have inbuilt Wi-Fi on it. So to access internet for T25 you need connect device to the modem directly. T25 is a plug and play device, if you are looking for Wi-Fi then you need to connect separate router to T25 for Wi-Fi.
